Scalloped Apples
Ingredients:
5 Malang apples
1 cup milk
100 gr cheese
2 small onions
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1.              Peel the apples and wash. Cut into thin slices.
2.              Heat the milk, but don’t boil it.
3.              Add salt and pepper.
4.              Grate the cheese. Chop the onions.
5.              Put some apples at the bottom of a baking pan.
6.              Put grated cheese and chopped onion on top of the apples.
7.              Pour the milk into the baking pan.
8.              Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes.
