into the skillet and turn heat to medium-high.

Add potato cubes, salt, paprika and
black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned about
10 minutes.

Stir in the onions, green peppers
and parsley and cook for another minute. Serve hot.

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan on medium

don’t have it, you can use paper towel to squeeze it.

Add the grated potatoes on the hot frying pan,

the potatoes. If they have been fried to golden brown, they are ready for a
flip. Continue to cook until they are golden brown on the bottom. Put them on
